Amy is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for supporting individuals navigating addiction, trauma, and the complexities of rebuilding a life in recovery. With several years of experience in substance use treatment, she understands how deeply personal—and at times overwhelming—the healing process can be. Her priority is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can show up authentically and explore the parts of their story that may feel difficult, painful, or confusing.
She takes a client-centered, collaborative approach and tailors therapy to fit the unique needs of each individual. Her work draws from modalities such as ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS, and EMDR-informed practices, as well as mindfulness-based interventions that help clients reconnect with their bodies and emotions.
Whether the focus is on emotional regulation, developing distress-tolerance skills, or exploring trauma and triggers, Amy aims to support clients in developing insight, strengthening resilience, and reconnecting with a sense of hope in their healing and recovery.
