Ashley Marsh is the Director of Admissions at Shanti Recovery & Wellness, where she guides individuals and families through one of the most important — and often overwhelming — decisions they’ll ever make.

With over a decade of experience in behavioral health admissions and operations, Ashley has built her career around one core belief: that getting into treatment should never be the hardest part of getting better. Before joining Shanti, she spent years at Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health, where she streamlined high-volume intake operations and created systems that helped families move faster from crisis to care.

At Shanti, Ashley is building the admissions infrastructure from the ground up — designing processes that are efficient for the organization and genuinely supportive for the people seeking help. She brings a calm, steady presence to a space that can feel chaotic, and her focus is always on making care more accessible and responsive.

Ashley lives in Walnut Creek, California, and is an active member of her community and local youth sports programs.
