Dr. Urvi Natha Founder & CEO

Dr. Urvi Natha has her doctorate in clinical psychology and has worked at some of the top luxury addiction treatment centers in the country. She has had the pleasure of treating clients, executives, entertainment industry folks from across the U.S. and abroad. She brings 15 years of clinical experience in areas of addiction and dual diagnosis. She is passionate about the care individuals receive and recognized a need for continuing care that fits into every-day life. We offer our program virtually to help people continue recovery from the comfort of their homes or offices. She has developed the clinical program at Shanti and provides leadership and direction to all aspects of the program operations.

Alpa brings over 16+ years of experience in business development. She is passionate about helping those in recovery find lasting sobriety and inner peace. Alpa aims to help each individual on their path to recovery by assisting each client connect with the care they need. She will help you every step of the way in connecting you, the client, with the right treatment options to meet your individual needs. Alpa aims to remove the logistical barriers that prevent individuals from seeking treatment.

Jordana Reim Wellness Director

Jordana Reim is a dedicated wellness expert, coach, and meditation instructor with a deep passion for holistic well-being. After an accomplished career as an award-winning Executive Producer in New York and Los Angeles, Jordana transitioned into the wellness space, feeling called to help others find fulfillment and balance. Her journey has taken her to sacred healing destinations across Thailand, India, Nepal, and Bhutan, where she has honed her practice in mindfulness, sound healing, and well-being. Jordana has extensive experience leading wellness programs for organizations and individuals alike, including high-profile companies such as Spotify, HBO, and Capital One. She is also the co-founder of Peace Inside Live, a platform supporting mental health and personal growth, where she was recognized at NASDAQ’s Opening Bell for her contributions to mental health awareness. As the founder of Sukha Sound Singing Bowls & Meditation, Jordana offers training in the therapeutic use of Nepalese singing bowls and provides tools for sound healing practices. She is the author of *Inner Peace: A Guided Meditation Journal for Beginners* and co-author of *The JOMO Journal: A Daily Practice for the Joy of Missing Out*. Jordana’s approach to wellness is rooted in her belief in the power of mindfulness, community, and compassionate guidance. She continues to lead transformational retreats in the Himalayas, offering clients the chance to reconnect with themselves and experience profound personal renewal.
